QUESTIONNAIRE ON THE IMPACT OF COVID-10 ON JUSTICE AND FREE PRACTICE OF THE LEGAL PROFESSION

Istanbul Bar Association reflected on a questionnaire on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the administration of justice and the free and independent exercise of the legal profession prepared by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Lawyers.

The questionnaire was completed by our Presidency upon the call of the International Bar Association Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI), as Istanbul Bar Association is a sustaining member of the IBA. The information gathered will be included in the Special Rapporteur’s thematic report to the Human Rights Council, to be presented in June 2021.
