At the 127th General Assembly of the Istanbul Bar Association, the candidate of the ‘Lawyers for Change’ Group, Atty.Prof. Dr. İbrahim Özden Kaboğlu, was elected as the 34th President of the Istanbul Bar Association.
At the 127th General Assembly of the Istanbul Bar Association held at the Haliç Congress Center on 19-20 October 2024, 11 presidential candidates competed. Out of 64.073 lawyers who are members of Istanbul Bar Association, 30.039 of them voted in 161 ballot boxes.
